Flow for 1 hour Session at Tammy's School
 
First 20 minutes go over Nutrition as it apples to children and adults
Nutrition:
1. How to eat healthy (Foods good for the brain and the eyes). 
2. How to keep blood sugar down and blood pressure down
3. How to eat healthy to increase immune system and fight COVID-19 virus

Next 10 minutes Complete Warm-Up all together and stretch

Next there will be a 20 minutes circuit training Workout for children and adults.
Exercise:
1. There will be four stations to train four groups broken up.
2. There will be 5 minutes interval training in each set. I have created a chart below with the workflow for each group, ensuring the entire body is worked out and cardiovascular is included.


Next 10 minutes Cool Down all together and stretch.

This workflow will suffice the entire hour
