I hope your morning is off to a great start. I have to miss our session this evening, which is very rare I miss a class. However, to keep our rhythm and fitness continuity going here is a pre-recorded workout to follow.
You will need:
1. Chair with no wheels
2. Ab Wheel
3. Dumbbells (10 lbs.)
​4. Yoga Matt
Remember to take your water breaks, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. See you this even on demand and this Saturday during our virtual live training at 9am.
