Former collegiate football defensive back and 100m & 200m track sprinter Michael "Michaelangelo" Bance has been a certified personal trainer since April 2005, with a career spanning over two decades. He has trained thousands of clients, including professional and amateur athletes, celebrities, politicians, corporate professionals, teachers, and blue-collar workers. His expertise encompasses weight loss, vanity training, and athletic performance enhancements.
Michaelangelo’s academic foundation is rooted in undergraduate and graduate studies in Psychology and Kinesiology. He integrates manifestation techniques and a growth mindset into his training philosophy, empowering clients to achieve not only their fitness goals but also personal growth and confidence.
