This is a four-week advanced training program that takes place two times a week in person and three times a week virtually. The focused areas of training:
- Building Cardio Stamina - Increasing Flexibility - Increasing Power in the fast twitch muscle fibers - Building Reflexes and Reaction Time - Building A Healthy Eating Habit
The goal is to embrace this lifestyle converting you into a supreme athlete, who will be able to adapt to any physical challenge. You will become muscular and strong yet flexible and lean.
